Why You Need Direct Mail Marketing for Your Law Firm
With our direct mail marketing services, you’re spending your marketing budget wisely. You’re targeting specific individuals who need your services, not blasting out advertisements to a large group of people. You can easily stay on top of how much you spend by focusing on a core group of people.
At CaseHunter, we work closely with Circuit and District courts throughout the United States. We receive fresh and timely leads that are relevant to your area of expertise. Our team passes those leads onto you, ensuring you connect with people who are looking for a lawyer in the immediate future.
Our campaigns can get set up and executed in a short amount of time. You’ll start seeing results almost immediately from our strategies and legal leads.
We Offer a Wide Range of Legal Leads
Our leads will align with your specific area of practice. Some of the leads we provide include, but aren’t limited to:
- Criminal Leads: If you provide services to individuals that have been arrested or charged with a crime (Misdemeanor or Felony), a DUI/DWI/OVI and everything else in between.
- Traffic Leads: If you provide services to individuals for either non-Serious Traffic offenses (i.e., speeding tickets) or Serious Traffic offenses (i.e., DUI/DWI/OVI, Reckless Driving).
- Civil Leads: If you provide services to individuals that have been sued and have a new civil litigation case. Examples include a breach of contract lawsuit, auto negligence, and much more.

- Family Leads: If you provide Family/Domestic legal services, we can provide leads for individuals that are undergoing divorce, custody, paternity matters and more. We can provide both the respondent/defendant leads as well as petitioners/plaintiffs that have filed Pro Se.
- Expungement Leads: If you provide criminal record expungement services to individuals who were charged with a crime but not found guilty.
Of course, if you are looking for other types of leads not listed above, please contact us so we can figure out if and how we can meet your needs!
Quality of Leads – We Are the Best
We pride ourselves in providing the absolutely best quality leads available. This includes an obsession with continuous improvement of our data quality, especially around how we can continue to provide unique leads for you that no one else can provide.
Reasons we’re the best in the business:
- Near real-time leads = be first to the mailbox: We provide fresh leads on a daily basis including newly filed cases from the prior day. We also have the ability to provide same-day leads as well! Get your advertisement out the same day of a new case filing.
- Unique relationships with state/county/local courts: We establish close relationships with the courts that we work with, to ensure that we fully understand their data, processes and nuances with their systems. This includes understanding how their court data is entered and resolving errors in their data that would normally result in data quality issues – the competition will typically leave these errors, incurring additional costs to your practice.
- Proprietary 5-step Identification Validation process: All the data we consume goes through our rigorous multi-step data validation process. This results in many unique leads (higher ROI since you will be the only one reaching these people), eliminating bad leads – saving on postage costs.
This unique process includes:
- Vetting and cleaning data based on unique patterns and nuances for that particular court system
- Fixing address data that may have typos and other common data entry errors
- Fixing addresses that may have a missing element, such as an apartment number
- CaseHunter will validate these against actual postal data
- Ensuring that all leads have USPS-valid addresses and eliminating leads that are unreachable
- Identifying leads that may have recently moved and providing their new address
- For example, a lead may have an older address on their driver’s license so the courts will have an outdated address
How Our Process Works
Step 1: Lead Analysis and Definition
- Define your leads: We work with you to figure out exactly what you’re looking for, and who you are trying to target.
- Refine your leads: We will provide additional key insights and best practices in how you can target your audience with laser focus. For example, if you are a family lawyer do not wish to target simplified dissolution cases, we can accommodate that and much more.
- Lead validation: Once we have everything in place, we will send you a few sample lead lists so you can verify that we are providing the exact leads you are looking for.
Step 2: Campaign Launch and Selection: CaseHunter Mail or CaseHunter Mail 360
- We offer two options for our direct mail marketing service: CaseHunter Mail (leads only) and CaseHunter Mail 360 (leads + mailings = full turnkey).
- CaseHunter Mail: Ideal for practices with an in-house capability to do the actual mailings yourself or have a printing provider/partner, we can simply provide just the leads to you.
- CaseHunter Mail 360: Provides a full, end-to-end turnkey solution. This includes providing the leads as well as doing the actual mailings. Our high-quality mailing services provide you with a reliable, cost-effective solution that provides you an easy way to start targeting potential clients with ease.
With CaseHunter Mail 360, you can focus on what you do best, providing the best legal services for your customers.

Step 3: Monitor and Analyze results
- We work closely with you after your campaign launches to help monitor the results of your campaign.
- As part of our service, we provide free call-tracking functionality for you, which includes providing you with a dedicated phone number (or multiple phone numbers if you are using both of our direct mail and social media marketing services). That phone number will simply forward any incoming calls to your main phone number, all seamless to the incoming caller.
- At the end of every month, we will email you a detailed call tracking report, which includes:
- All incoming calls – including date and time of the call
- Call status – Was it answered? Did they get the voicemail greeting? Did they hang up? …and more
- Duration of each call
- Number of unique callers during that month
- This level of insight and analysis can identify many key performance indicators, including:
- Campaign performance: How many incoming calls came in that month vs. the number of mailings sent out
- Provides critical metrics such as:
- Are prospects calling before or after business hours? Are they calling on weekends?
- Are they hanging up or getting your voicemail?
- This could warrant the need for a 24/7 answering service.
- Are the incoming phone conversations unusually short or long?
This could raise questions and provide insight into the quality of your firm’s client intake process.
How Much Does Direct Mail Marketing for Law Firms Cost?
CaseHunter is a monthly subscription-based service. Billings are charged on a month-to-month basis, with no long-term commitment required – although with our industry high retention rate, we’re quite certain you’ll join the ranks of our existing loyal customers.
CaseHunter provides a tier-based pricing for our service based on your monthly lead volume. The lead volume tiers are 500, 1000, 2000 and beyond, with additional tiers in between for each additional 100 leads. The more volume you receive, the better the price-per-lead.
Since each state/county court system is unique, the pricing may slightly vary. CaseHunter can provide you with pricing as soon as we understand the specific marketing needs of your legal practice.
For our CaseHunter 360 service (mailings), the pricing is also dependent on both your expected mailing volume as well as what materials you want to mail. For example, mailing out a 1-page color letter has a different cost than a postcard or whether you want to use First Class postage or Marketing Mail (i.e., bulk-rate) postage
